*Rates apply to PDF transcripts with 23-25 lines per page. Transcripts with 26+ lines per page will be charged a prorated fee for the additional lines per page.
**Applies to transcripts with dense medical or technical content that require research beyond the norm.
***Applies to “messy” transcripts that require extensive work with many corrections per page, or transcripts with minimal paragraph breaks. If your transcript has been scoped and spell-checked, this rate increase is unlikely.

How it Works

Step One

Send me your PDF transcript file(s) by email. Please include specifics on when you need it back and any special instructions. I will confirm that I’ve received it and have everything under control!

Step Two

I will carefully proofread, making clear annotations that honor your preferences and style.

Step Three

The annotated PDF appears in your inbox by your requested deadline. You can count on me!

Step Four

You’ll receive an invoice at the beginning of the following month. Invoices are due within 15 days via Venmo, PayPal, credit card, or direct deposit. New clients will be invoiced immediately after completion of the first assignment.
